Title of Activity: Development, construction and operations of the proposed nonidas industria township. Nature of Activity: Construction Location of Activity: 10 km east of Swakopmund in the Erongo (see map attached) Scale and Scope of Activity: The planned development comprises the establishment of various infrastructure components on 200 ha of land which will be subdivided into 127 erven. The basic infrastructure components include: - Bulk water supply connection to NamWater Rössing pipeline; - Internal water supply to each erven (inclusive of fire hydrants); - Above ground 2 km power line connecting the development with the regional power grid; - Below ground internal electricity supply to each erven; - Waste water treatment plant and associated infrastructure; - Waste water disposal reticulation system.
