For the proposed subdivision of Rehoboth Town and Townlands No. 302 into two portions: Portion A and the Remainder. Portion A will be further subdivided into 43 individual plots, each measuring 5 hectares in size, with the exception of one plot spanning 2,278.3609 hectares. The Remainder portion will retain its current undivided status for potential future development considerations.
