The owners, intends to operate Portion 1 of farm Namib Fontein 91, measuring approximately located about 40km southeast of Arandis, Karibib district in the Erongo region. Currently, the farm is operated exclusively as a private game farm. There is currently a private campsite with 5 luxury suites (A) which can accommodate 10 people. In terms of the Environmental Management Act of 2007 (Act No. 7 of 2007) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation (Government Notice No. 30 of 2012), Tourism Activities such as the construction of resorts, lodges, hotels or other tourism and hospitality facilities.
