The owners, intends to operate Portion 1 of farm Namib Plaas 93 as a guest Farm. The farm, Namib Plaas 93 measures approximately 8300 ha in extent and is located about 40km southeast of Arandis, Karibib district in the Erongo region. Currently, Farm Namib Plaas 93 is operated exclusively as a private game farm. There is currently a private residence consisting of guest rooms (5people), workers accommodation and supporting infrastructure such as maintenance workshop, storeroom. In terms of the Environmental Management Act of 2007 (Act No. 7 of 2007) and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation (Government Notice No. 30 of 2012), Tourism Activities such as the construction of resorts, lodges, hotels or other tourism and hospitality facilities.
