Details of the activity(s) covered by the environmental clearance certificate: Title of Activity: Renewal of the Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the mineral exploration activities for the registered mineral commodities within the EPL-5885: Base and Rare Metals, Industrial Minerals, Precious Metals, Precious Stones and Semi-Precious Stones. Nature of Activity: Minerals exploration activities in general including mapping, sampling, geophysical surveys, drilling, pitting and trenching and bulk sampling within EPL-5885. The provision of the listed activities are as follows: MINING AND QUARRYING ACTIVITIES  The construction of facilities for any process or activities which requires a license, right, or other forms of authorization, and the renewal of a license, right, or any other form of authorization in terms of Minerals (Prospecting and Mining Act), 1992.  Resource extraction, manipulation, conservation, and related activities.  Other forms of mining or extraction of natural resources whether regulated by law or not.
