Oluzizi Luxury Investments Number Two Cc. hereafter referred to as the proponent is of the intention to continue the operations of the exiting Oluzizi fuel retail facility in Outapi. In terms of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007) and Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (Government Notice No. 30 of 2012), the following listed activities below apply to the proposed project: • Activity 2.2 - Hazardous Substance Treatment, Handling and Storage: “The storage and handling of dangerous goods, including petrol, diesel, liquid petroleum gas or paraffin, in containers with a combined capacity of more than 30 cubic meters at any one location”. Environam Consultants Trading (ECT) is appointed to undertake the necessary activities to enable a renewal application for an Environmental Clearance with the Environmental Commissioner as prescribed by the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007) and Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (Government Notice No. 30 of 2012).
