The proposed changes include: -The inclusion of Zinc, Nickel, Chrome and Coal concentrate in bulk form. -The inclusion of Cobalt concentrate in breakbulk form. Therefore, the ECC should read as follows: The Handling, Transportation and Storage (Bulk and Breakbulk Form) of Manica’s Chemicals , Reagents and Lubricants in the various Manica Storage Facilities
