The ECC application is for the proposed Cimbebasia extensions 5, 6, 8, Portions of 9, Erf 878 and Erf 1402 township establishment. This is done in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations of 2012.
