ECC amendment application for the proposed construction and operation of 20MW merchant photovoltaic plant at on a 30ha piece of land at Farm Randveld No. 167 in Outjo district ,Otjozondjupa Region. The previous ECC was issued to Gerus Solar One (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd, Sino Energy (Pty) Ltd and Mirach Energy (Pty) Ltd as on one ECC , however the potential financiers advised for each entity to have an independent ECC as per allocated megawatts and size of the allocated land, in the following manner: 20MW on a 40ha piece of land for Gerus Solar One (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd 20MW on a 30ha piece of land for Mirach Energy (Pty) Ltd 80MW on a 230ha piece of land for Sino Energy (Pty) Ltd The initial cleared land is 300ha piece of land on Farm Randveld No. 167 , Outjo district ,Otjozondjupa region
