The proponent would like to construct and operate a 10 bed rooms lodge as well as other tourism facilities on the south side of the Ugab River (Erongo region). Furthermore, the proponent intends to construct on the north side of the Ugab River (Kunene region), staff accommodation facilities. This means the proposed site cuts across two regions, namely Kunene and Erongo regions. Furthermore, the proposed site falls within 2 Conservancies; namely, Sorri Sorris and Tsiseb. This is a listed activity and may not be undertake without an ECC; hence this application.
