Application for the Transferring of an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) No. 01360: Construction and Operation of Oxidation (Sewer) Ponds in the Tses Village, //Karas Region The current ECC was issued to Dunamis Consulting Engineers & Project Managers (Pty) Ltd. However, the construction of the sewer ponds construction works has been completed and the site (ponds) handed over to the Tses Village Council (Operator/Owner). The ECC therefore needs to be transferred to the Tses Village Council. The Village Council will also take over the full EMP implementation onsite during the operational and maintenance phase.
